yeah anyone who has been paying attention to anything DL IT has done the last ten years should know better than to see one thing on the website and assume it is 100% unimpeachable evidence of a major policy change that has not been announced rather than just a screwup since out of the last 25,000 times this has happened, 24,999 of them were just screwups
