I always enjoy travel The VS experience in the air was a huge disappointment. The BA experience was in a completely different league. The TWA hotel was all that I expected it to be. Both the Virgin clubhouse and the chelsea lounge were good, VS club was better. Concorde dining was very very poor both in terms of food and service.

Golden ticket raised for the BA crew, two complaints lodged for the breakfast room and the VS flight, we’ll see what responses there are.

As to the coach, as mentioned earlier, I never gave it a thought.
