I think that trips between London and the rest of Europe are the best use of miles, either for oneself or for friends as gifts. Awards are widely available with a little planning, and the co-pay is often as cheap as £1.

Although a single trip to North America in WTP is also possible with that many miles, you'd have to pay a hefty co-pay.
