My guess is the phone agents with Condor don’t have up to date information. Boston uses the Air France lounge, but it’s closed, so they said we wouldn’t have access. When we checked our bags, the agent and boarding passes indicated we could use British Airways lounge, which we had no trouble accessing. So it’s really hard to tell as their website and phone agents don’t seem to have all the info.
