I'm sure this is just an issue with the Bio tickets since they announced they would cancel the offering later this year. I also had flights post incorrectly over this period, but took flights Bio again two weeks ago and the level and bonus points were once again correct.

I am also having zero luck with the customer service team dealing with this.
