Its been the same menu with slight change in the soup (bisque or sunchoke mainly alternating) or one of the mains for 3-years! In my case, I did SIN-DOH 14+ times since 2023 and never saw any significant changes to the menu and no amount of feedback to crew regarding this has ever changed anything. Its had the same desert now for ages (mango + smoke coconut ice-cream if I recall).
Love QR and the morning departure or 6pm out of SIN is perfect for me, but this is a huge bug-bear for me especially since I am connecting onwards with a short transit in DOH so no time to grab a quick bite in the lounge.
I get how blessed I am to fly business multiple times from Europe to Singapore and back, but I am getting sick of the Lobster and Shrimp Fried Rice for the 6 p.m. SIN-DOH flight. I am flying back for work in two weeks, and I hope the menu has changed. Maybe it has, as the outbound flight has now changed from 6pm to 8pm. I doubt it.
