We just stayed there for 5 nights.

upon checkin we stood in front of the All members desk on the left and waited for someone standing at the front desk to finally come to us. The girl was definitely reciting her checkin lesson with absolutely no smile and no sense of welcoming. I had to ask for the welcome drink voucher and the ice cream. Like the rest of the front desk, I didn't find them welcoming. Maybe they are too used to having huge chinese groups... The only people greeting us everyday were the concierges, that's all.

Very good soundproofing so you are never annoyed by the corridor noises or by any neighbor but one detail really bugged me: they have what they can central climate control. One has absolutely no control over AC in the room, you can just lower the ventilation but no turn it off at night and ours was quite noisy, without mentioning that my daughter and I finally ended up sick at the end of the stay

The tram station is just in front of the hotel, but the path to walk to there is frankly super dumb. You walk like 200m one way then turn around to walk back 200m before climbing the stairs while they could have shared an access with an existing bridge of the Musiekgebouw, such a effort everyday to leave and come back to the hotel...

I found the hotel very pricey for what it is and its location. The lobby is nice but the hotel has absolutely no soul. I haven't seen the GM in 5 days...

Well, not a bad hotel but I won't return.

The only one really happy was our daughter as her bed was just by the windows, she enjoyed the view as the room was right in the middle on the side of the building facing the river
