I used GG from the airport to my first hotel - very cheap, and I was able to pay with foreign credit card on the app. Though, at least one of the ATMs in the airport (it was a blue office on the right side of Arrivals when looking inwards from the entrance) did not charge any ATM access fees if you prefer to use AMD.
