For nTP, there are basically 2 types of partners. The normal ones which earn 4% on cheap Y and 25% on cheap J.
IN ASIA region, these are basically JL and QR.
And then the penalized ones with only 2 and 12.5% respectively.
These include CX, MH, UL, RJ, QF.
To reach Silver on BAC you need 7,500 TPs. SPending money on CX or MH is not a good way to qualify. There are no cheap Business tickets on CX and you usually end up with a recliner. And you have to take into account the distance flown.
Of course, if you are short a few hundreds TPs and in the region, that is the only way. But BAC has become very unfriendly to Asian members.
