I recently got this in PC, but they have a new midflight service now (between the two cart services) for transcons, just for PC served without carts from the First galley. I hadn't been in PC for ages, usually just take 17C/D, so this may not be new to y'all

In the past it was a double for the first cart service, a single if you went to the back, and a double for the final cart service.
