My experience of reticketing has been reasonably positive. I spoke to BA on Monday and things had to go to the Fares Team (there’s a separate thread on this if anyone’s interested). I had a reply on Tuesday. I had some queries, to which I had another reply on Wednesday. I still had queries, to which I had another reply on Thursday. At that point I asked BA to go ahead and reissue, and I got the e-ticket confirmation today, Sunday.
So with a referral on Monday I think best case I could have been sorted on Wednesday. As it happened, with everything done within the week I think that’s pretty good going.
