The only priority aside from the mentioned EU vs non-EU is that there is a short connection line.
Also the very nature of being one of the first off the plane is a priority in itself if you're able to move reasonably quickly.
The priority line requires an EU/Schengen passport
I haven't had an issue in MAD, and found them proactively pulling people out of line who were on specific flights departing soon, a very efficient operation.
