CanadaDH oh wow, that's a lot of work to monitor rates, in my case, I have 6 hotels to watch (5 accor in VN and TH and 1 ihg as there is no longer any accor property in Hoi An). But i agree with you and Goldorak, i will try to book cancellable stays just in case


thrower the problem with promotions is that unless there are private sales, regular promotions (like -25% with a min stay) run when prices are already high.

ie there was one recently for this Summer and i just checked Sofitel Lisbon where we'll stay in August this year, on the day the promotion was launched, the price was already 37% higher than the prices i booked 7 months ago
