That's the starter and one of the mains contaminated with coriander for no good reason.
I absolutely loathe the foul stuff, even a tiny bit of leaf can be enough to spoil a dish.
Afaik the way it tastes depends on one's genetics, perhaps mostly affecting people of european descent.
On my flight last week, the coriander was in some glop to be added to the lentil soup, fortunately it's done at serving so the CC was able to leave it out.
No dish likely to be served onboard needs coriander, ban it!
