I was in the lounge a couple of days ago when I noticed my E-BP had moved from 3A to 25D (A320 domestic). The lounge attendant enquired with somebody on the phone and informed me it was due to a wheelchair pax.

I was then moved to 7A. Still perplexed as to who they decide to move and why there was no notification of the change.
