Just worth reporting the new LH lounge. “Wining and dining” space for HONs and F-class passengers quite nice although not very spacious. Food was really great, waiters very professional and the manager came to ask to every passenger how was food and asked for suggestions. Very proactive and professional.
That means they have stopped their PA service taking at least F pax through security?
