If you have an IPhone you can reset your WiFi settings. Go to Settings>General>Transfer or Reset IPhone> Reset. Then select Reset Network Settings from the menu that pops up. I have to do this from time to time to use my TMobil free WiFi. Always seems to work. I AM NOT AN IT GUY, so do with that info what you may. Cheers!
