Yes, if either of those 3 conditions applies:

I) AS Lounge members:

Membership in the Alaska Lounge is open to all persons 18 years of age and older and allows entry to all Alaska Lounges. Lounge members and guests will need to provide at the time of entry, a valid boarding pass for a flight that day on Alaska, Hawaiian Airlines, a fellow oneworld® member airline, or one of our additional global airline partners.

II) paid / award first class (not upgrades):

Entry to the Alaska Lounges or The Plumeria Lounge when traveling on a paid First Class or a First Class award ticket* on flights operated by Alaska or Hawaiian Airlines where one flight has a distance of at least 2,000 miles on the day of travel.

III) AS / HA elites:

Alaska Airlines Gold, Gold 75K, Gold 100K, and Hawaiian Airlines Pualani Platinum members receive Alaska Lounge access when flying Hawaiian Airlines on the following routes: SEA-NRT and SEA-ICN. Access is for same-day travel and includes one guest.
