Just had another very good one night stay here, with very, very good service.
Booked a 1 King on a free night, was upgraded to a harbor view, and after a quick text message asking for an airport view (this is FlyerTalk), received a room on the top floor with phenomenal views of Terminal A, B, and the runway.
Alas, it had a broken toilet.
As with my previous stay, excellent service came though even with a 11:30pm check in. They got me into a new room within minutes and I got an email from the manager the next morning apologizing for the inconvenience. Unnecessary, but the sign of a place that cares.
