DINNER - Beef Carne Asada
Grilled marinated beef served with Spanish style rice, topped with a mild salsa criolla

On the whole, it was okay, but that salsa was exceptionally mild. I had to empty my entire salt packet for some flavor. It really could have used .03 cents worth of Cholula Hot Sauce and maybe .25 cents worth of tortillas, especially on a 3hr flight
