Yes, it's invitation only...
My regional CFO is an invitation member. Got it on the back of being relocated from SYD to HKG and being able to prove that he regularly travels between HKG and the other 10-odd regional offices in J. Naturally he was already top tier with QF previously. Pretty much the same as Diamond.
