I had just connected from a TATL 787. I found the 737Max seat extremely uncomfortable compared to the 787. The cushioning was really bad. The IFE seemed brand new - the kind that offers Bluetooth - so it is not like we got old seats. I guess they use better seats for the longer haul planes?

Were you in the exit row? I found them to be flat as crap in the exit row but fine elsewhere. This doesn’t seem to be an issue in the A321s
