How’s the Seabird pool in terms of size of the property is crowded? I’ve only been to the property in the winter and really loved it. Super family friendly and a cool beach vibe. The library was a really nice feature.
for the size of the property and number of kids - definitely small.. hot tub is even smaller
.. it's a great property but i wouldnt pick it if pool time is a priority
