Your statement close date is irrelevant -- GGR credits post on or around the 15th of the following month. So you should have received it roughly May 15, but it would be backdated to the first day of the statement cycle. So, go switch your "recent" transactions to the preceeding month and see if you see a transaction called "statement credit 4/1 - 4/30" there.
yes, thanks that is what i normally see but it's not there this time. i have one for something else that looks like this (3/22 is the first day of the prior statement).
