TBH, I've only checked the Rimova in an airport shop and they seemed pretty great but I do not have an "apples to apples" comparison. With the TravelPro Platinum Elite, we have had many situations where we arrive at a hotel and the staff unloads the bag on the lobby floor and if the area is even a little slanted, the Travelpro just "runs away", while the B&R and our other luggage will stay put. Its always a little funny to see their reaction , and I suppose in such instance the ultra-smoothness of the TP Platinum Elite is almost a "problem"
