Sometimes one hardly remembers what forum one is in! In any event, an elderly family member really dodged a (figurative) bullet by coming home a few days ago. Fortunately (and not a bad general idea for those who absolutely need to get out of town), we got him a room at the T1 Courtyard for the prior night. For those that aren't familiar with the airport hotels, T1 has a Hilton right in the terminal building and a Courtyard right across an indoor bridge (and also a Camino Real?), and T2 has an NH in the terminal building. Everything else is off-site.

Given the blockades, I wonder if the airport will allow T1<->T2 train transfers with a hotel reservation instead of a boarding pass.
