The problem is the prior YBM pricing structure does not necessarily exist any more, particularly for B with E+ fares, which are priced well below the old style (still available) B fares. Any one who specific a B fare search will now get the greatly discounted B. This has disrupted the traditional motivation for providing an Instant Upgrade benefit.
