Your statement close date is irrelevant -- GGR credits post on or around the 15th of the following month. So you should have received it roughly May 15, but it would be backdated to the first day of the statement cycle. So, go switch your "recent" transactions to the preceeding month and see if you see a transaction called "statement credit 4/1 - 4/30" there.

No, the statement closing date is NOT irrelevant.
Mine closes on the 26-28th of the month and that's when *some* of the credits post OR are backdated to.
IF you hit the threshold by then, that is. If you hit the threshold between the statement closing date and the end of the month, then I've seen it post either at the end of the month, or NEXT statement.
For example, my March 2025 GGR were met on 3/17/25 for the $1,000 threshold. They were posted on 4/21/25, but backdated to 3/26/25 (my statement closing date).
My Feb 2025 GGR was met on 2/14/25, statement credit posted on 3/25/25 and backdated to 2/22/25
This has been consistent for the past 2 years.
