We booked a 25k points/night "Double Standard" 36m2 room. During our dates these were going for over 500gbp/night. Here's hoping we can squeeze in a SUA or get some other Globalist perks. Yes I realize this isn't designed to be a family hotel but it's actually the most affordable option in the area on points for 4 people.
I was also lucky enough to book “double standard” for 3 nights (78k points total). But I also
have a reservation at Hyatt Place London City East for (30k points + award night + £105 for the sofa bed). It will be my first stay as a Globalist but it doesn’t seem like I’ll be able to get much perks at the Standard either? Would you still stay at the Standard if suite upgrade is out of the picture?
