Also, they are still accepting non-chase PP, even if it means a longer wait for them, so it is having an effect on Chase PP wait times. This is one of those times I wish I had the raw data of waitlist times for both as I could probably estimate how much non-Chase PP holders are impacting the Chase ones. I still have a feeling that this lounge will be excluded from the free annual PP visit first - it's simply way too small to do it, plus it sounds fairly unanimous that it's the worst Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club in the system, so the argument could be made that they don't want a non-Chase PP holder to have this one be the one they experience.
I totally agree with everything you say. Also, if they exclude this club from PP, it gives this club an exclusivity, that makes people want to get into it even more. Which perhaps may drive more people to get the CSR.
