This is one of those times I wish I had the raw data of waitlist times for both as I could probably estimate how much non-Chase PP holders are impacting the Chase ones. I still have a feeling that this lounge will be excluded from the free annual PP visit first - it's simply way too small to do it, plus it sounds fairly unanimous that it's the worst Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club in the system, so the argument could be made that they don't want a non-Chase PP holder to have this one be the one they experience.
