Will second that row 1 imho has the only tolerable amount foot space on the 350 (or 789). The rest of the seats have genuinely tiny foot cubbies, while in row 1, they’re decently larger (but still not great). And at least on the flights I’ve flown in row 1, the noise from the FAs was never an issue, but YMMV.
