And this is what I got as answer to may claim for having been transferred to China Eastern.

I have reviewed your travel records and I can confirm that an email was sent to you on 07 April 2025 where you were advised of the changes, and you have already travelled.



For future flights, it would be beneficial to purchase travel insurance to cover expenses or other losses. Typically, if your journey is disrupted, the insurance provider will reimburse you for any costs you have incurred.



We hope to welcome you on another Etihad Airways flight soon."
