There's also the practical risk of trusting huge numbers of employees with a company card (and an associated risk of blundering into your credit limit), but for most SMEs you could cover everybody if you so desired. With 99 cards out there, I think the odds would be pretty good of at least one errant transaction per month.

I'd note that over at Chase/Citi, about 5 cards seems standard. 99 is a lot, but I presume that Amex is targeting slightly larger companies than the other two are with those cards.

There are some weird things this could do if someone was willing to extend credit to their employees - if you have 100 cards (the main one and 99 extras) and everybody were putting $2500/month in expenses on it and paying it off (presumably via paycheck deductions), that'd be just under 4.5m SkyPesos/yr (presuming no bonus category spending) and about MQD3m. I suspect that might get you Delta360 alongside basically all the SkyPesos you could want to use that year.
