Also, as sxc mentioned you could ask the check-in agents to block the seat next to you. Given that this flight is operated by an A346, so having a seat blocked on the 'A' or 'K' seats would not be too difficult.
I've done the trip in Y and emergency exit is a great idea. They'll usually put in a request and have it confirmed within 24 hours. However, because other elite members will book exit row as well it is unlikely that you can get the seat next to you blocked.
