Wow. I finished up a three-night stay earlier this week and was very impressed. Inbound transfer was flawless in the Range Rover - met by my butler and two managers/directors and brought straight to my deluxe Harbour suite on the 38th floor.

Room is aging well, and had ample space (honestly too much as I was traveling solo ). My one gripe was the desk chair was pretty uncomfortable for working.

Service and offerings in the Manor Club were on point - I was consistently greeted by name and my preferences we’re remembered shockingly quick and offered without hesitation.

What truly set it apart were all the staff at the Manor Club - there were five or six folks there who consistently went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect.

My two main gripes were some cigarette smoke-smell coming into my room on the last night. Oddly, the sitting area on my floor was full at like 2am when they brought over an air purifier (they also set out two outside my door). Secondly, there was zero handoff from the manor club staff to my driver for the return airport transfer, which I found odd.

I won’t hesitate to stay again - it was truly fantastic.
