This is good data point as I will be taking them next month on ITA marketed/operated in J. Looks like still get lounge access as J pax (not through status) and supposedly still extra bag and seat assignment in addition to the medallion bonus if credited to DL. Who knows how long that will last. I’ll report back on seat assignment as it’s trying to charge me €100 currently.
