Hi all! I have a lot of trouble trying to file a claim. I called Chase and they told me to follow the link for the latest guide to benefits. They asked me to view the PDF, and inside, there was a link to follow if filing a claim online. I had followed the instructions, and signed in, since my sapphire reserve card was already verified and registered. Every time I click on "file a claim", it will lead me to car rental or travel related claim. I click on "travel related claim", and this page will show up: it's chase on the upper left, but the options are for american express credit cards. I tried calling the number to file a claim (given to me by chase rep), but even after following the prompt, a link was sent to me on the phone--and it led me back to the same issue. Chase--but options for amex cards. I also followed the same links on chase website for CSR benefits--same outcome. This is my first post so the screenshot I have of what i was trying to described wasn't allowed to be uploaded. Anyone had came across this issue? any suggestions/advice will be appreciated!!
