This ended up being resolved by the rep depositing miles into my pooled account, which then ended up boosting my pooled amount to the correct number, plus what she had added. Then I made my booking, she withdrew the miles she deposited, and everything looked accurate. Go figure…
I had the same issue. Waited over 48 hours, and they still weren't available for use (even though they showed up in the 'pool' at the top of the MP page).
I called, then went into 'chat'. After getting to the right agent, she added 1 mile, this made them all available. I was able to then use them. Not sure why they get "stuck" in the transfer. Not like Chase UR points that come over almost instantly.
The pooling has generally worked out. I'm chasing 3 MM, so am booking revenue tix on UA metal for myself, and using miles for my gf. She gets some miles from her CC and other purchases, and the occasional miles from flying. I learned a while back the lesson many here have learned, only good for UA or UX metal flights. I only move them to the pool when I want to use them, so it is painful to wait the 24+ (or 48+ hours) for them to become available...
