I had a successful goshow in CX HND years ago and it helped me frontrun a typhoon (I was a disrupted pax from KIX who made his own way to HND and had a 125 ticket like you).

Glad HND check in is still so good. I'm standing by for baggage chaos with my brother's family in CX SYD tonight on separate tix. My SIL packed the kitchen sink...
