Pleasantly surprised with the reasonable offer, as I have already been flying mainly J anyway for the last year and a half or so, but on AF only, so maybe KL is trying to lure me back. Make me a similar offer for the return flight and I will definitely consider .

(There was also an offer to upgrade with miles, but the amount didn't quite register as I was too excited to quickly snap up this offer, as before OLCI the price had been fluctuating between EUR 2.171 and EUR 4.000+.)
Seems like KL are giving upgrade at OLCI for China flights steep discount comparing to AF, last time I flew KL I received 280+- eur offer for PVG-AMS W Light to J
