It has nothing to do with that. I am trying to find out what I am supposed to do to change an aeroplan booking. When I called the Aeroplan number in the app (as an SE), the person berated me for calling the main AC number, not Aeroplan, and transferred me. The person who then took my call was the most useless person I have ever spoken to at AC. I hung up with the intention of calling back. But I thought since the AC app had, apparently, directed me to the wrong place, I should look online and clarify what number I should be calling. Lo and behold the website says for an Aeroplan inquiry, an SE should call the Concierge. That is why I was asking. (Is that the situation now? Or is the website wrong, which frankly could easily be the case.)
