Had some recent feedback from clients — overall vibe is super positive. Staff are really friendly and on it, views are great (especially lake-facing rooms), and the pool/spa area gets a lot of love. It’s got that relaxed, low-key luxury feel.

Only real negatives I’ve heard were about some rooms feeling a bit dated or bathrooms being on the small side in certain suites, but nothing deal-breaking.
