There are 2 forms of additional cards. If they are registered for the no annual fee additional cards where they are issued a physical DL Platinum Business Amex card, then no Sky Club access is granted. They have to have the $175/year additional card for access which also provides a physical DL Reserve Business Amex card. It comes with it's own set of 15 annual visits (they need their own Amex login to track visit counter).
