United and Dynamic shouldn't be used in the same sentence. What really irks me is the lack of transparency. It's like walking into a McDonald's with no pricing on the board and ordering a big Mac. I pay $20, next guy pays $2. Will the dynamic upgrade be fare based, status based, demand based? I hate this shady non transparent stuff.
