It's been a little while since
folk have
asked about trying to use Terminal B lounges while flying DL through C (back in the day, D).
A family member has a 3 hour layover at LGA on DL and (assuming on-time arrival) would like to kill some of that time in the Chase Sapphire Lounge in Terminal B. Putting aside the question of whether 3 hours is enough time to get back and forth between terminals and clear security twice and still actually enjoy the lounge, does anybody know:
- Is it still impossible to walk between B and C? On Google Maps and Apple Maps it looks like there may actually be a sidewalk between them, but I have no idea if it's possible to walk the whole way. If not, I assume she'd need to take the Q70 or the LGA shuttle bus from C to B, and then back from the 94th St stop at the far end of Terminal B.
- Will she be allowed through security at Terminal B on a DL ticket? Ideally in the pre-check queue? (I assume at minimum there will be some explaining required to the pre-check queue monitor and maybe the ID checker.)
