Just to update you: BA have reserved the 3000 odd tier points that they credited for an American Airlines flight in J and instead added the 1867 due, as a result I have now raised the lifetime tier points matter with them. The agent believed they were due to me and will be calling back in a week to see if the back office have corrected it.
