As per my post in the IRROP's thread (
IRROP's CDG-FCO-BKK), I submitted a complaint to AZ on 5/21/25.
I received a prompt reply on 5/22/25, offering a bank check for USD 675 (I live in the USA) or a voucher of USD 811.
I had only paid EUR 1100 for the ticket, so I am quite happy with the outcome.
