You can only find out details by going back to a cash booking page and click on that little icon.
If it is not mentioned when you book with points, I'd take a screen shot and then if they did try to charge a destination fee at check-out, I'd refuse to pay it; if they insisted, I'd pay "under protest" and file for the money back.
