I arrived at CDG earlier this week. Both bags were unloaded but only 1 delivered to the belt (confirmed by the app). I completed the missing bag report with the outsourced baggage staff (which were not overly helpful). Later that afternoon I received an e mail that my missing bag was "delivered" to CDG. So I e mailed the CDG concierge later in the evening (when tey were closed) to see if they could expedite the delivery. The next morning a Concierege named Taslim went to lost luggage, confirmed that my bag was found and the delivery time later that day. It was nice to have the confirmation of events as the lost baggage system contained no updates. Thanks Taslim!
