You wouldn't get a POUG or a fare difference quote on that sort of booking anyway, it's too complex for online tools. AUP will be possible (if unlikely in terms of availability, with the exception of LHR-CDG). At this stage the most cost effective upgrade will be a fare difference upgrade made by your TA, but if it's been ticketed it's likely to include a change fee.
